Richard L. Taylor, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Taylor is an experienced career business professional with twenty-nine years

experience in

the telecommunications industry, computer industry, high-

technology

product markets and global

business operations. Mr. Taylor has

extensive international

sales and marketing experience having

worked with over

200 companies and traveled to

more than 60 countries throughout South

America,

Europe and Asia. He also speaks

some French, German, Spanish,

Korean and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Taylor leads the Management Team that founded E-piphany Technology.

Prior to

founding E-

piphany Technology, Mr. Taylor formed Argenta Technologies

Group, Inc., a

$15 million; Florida

based computer solutions provider and value-

added reseller. He joined

the Emerson

Telecommunications group in 1998 as

Managing Director for Greater China,

headquartered in

Shanghai, China. In

November of 2000 he was promoted to the position

of President, RF Products

Group, a division composed of five companies in the

Telecommunications group.

Prior to joining Emerson, Mr. Taylor founded Energy Connections, Inc. in

November 1994.

Energy

Connections focused on products and services to

specifically address utility

industry needs for

technology integration and systems

integration.

Mr. Taylor has participated in and served on the Board of Directors of a number

prestigious

international associations, such as The World Trade Affairs

Association, The

Asian Trade

Development Association and the Hong Kong

Business Council. He has

authored and published

several technical papers on

the subject of Computer Aided

Design and Manufacturing, Plastics

Technology

Engineering, 3D Design and Technology

Innovation, Business Excellence and

Strategic

Planning and Globalization Marketing.

Mr. Taylor has held executive sales and marketing positions with Ameritech,

Cimlinc, Inc.,

Prime

Computer, General Electric/Calma and Control Data

Corporation. He has held

engineering and

business development positions with

Ford Motor Company and

Honeywell, Inc. He received his

Master’s Degree in

Business Administration from the

University of Cincinnati and his Bachelor’s

Degree from Northern Illinois University.

Mr. Taylor is a successful entrepreneur and business developer. The experience

he has

gained with

Fortune 500 companies as well as in the global markets has

helped transform

a number of

companies into successful industry leaders in a

relatively short time.
